Number 2 of the day...

On a happier note, Colin and Christopher have been enjoying their time together lately. They are actually enjoying each other's company! Colin has discovered that having a little brother isn't all bad. He still rips his toys out of Christopher's hands, but he is actually getting on the floor and crawling around with him now. Progress.

Christopher has been "army crawling" since he was about 5.5 months old, and has recently found an interest in attempting the REAL crawl. He gets about two "steps" and then decides it's much easier and faster just to drop down and drag. But he gets up on all fours and rocks and rocks and rocks. He also talks the whole time. It's like he's saying, "I'm going to do it this time. I'm really gonna do it!"

Christopher has also decided that cheerios and puffs are baby's best friend. When I first gave them to him, he literally gagged. He hated them. Well, overnight, he decided that he not only could stand them in his mouth, but he could chew them, swallow them, and shove more in his mouth while picking up his sippy cup to get a swig of water. Then he smiles and babbles to me. Amazing.

So, the kiddos are getting along and Christopher is growing up like crazy and Colin has decided that being the big brother doesn't suck. Here are some pictures of the two of them playing and Christopher showing his "pre-crawl."
